Frequently Asked Questions

Wholesale, OEM/ODM, MOQ, shipping and more

What is the minimum order quantity?+

Existing catalogue styles start from 100 pieces per model. Send your colour and size quantities to confirm the available combination. New-design custom manufacturing starts from 10,000 pieces.

Does adding my logo require a new-design order?+

Not automatically. Branding an existing style is assessed separately. Send the model code and artwork to confirm placement, component minimums, samples and charges.

Can I mix colours and sizes within 100 pieces?+

Send the requested split for each model. The minimum is 100 pieces per model, but the accepted colour and size combination and availability must be confirmed in your quotation.

How do I get a price quote?+

Send model codes, quantities by size and colour, packaging or branding requirements, sample needs and the destination country and postal code. Ask for the currency, unit-price inclusions, delivery term and quote validity.

Are the website colours and sizes available immediately?+

Product pages show size references and colours represented in catalogue images. Some sizes have quotation-chart support; others remain website references. They are not live inventory. Confirm the exact variants before placing an order.

Can I request samples before bulk?+

Discuss samples for the specific model and sizes you want to check. Confirm availability, charges, courier cost and whether any sample fee will be credited. Do not assume a sample fee is automatically refundable.

Can you develop a bra from my picture or sample?+

A reference image or sample can start a feasibility discussion. It cannot guarantee an exact reproduction, hidden construction or fit. New designs start from 10,000 pieces and require a defined brief, development samples and approval.

How long will my order take?+

Confirm availability or production requirements first. Keep sample development, approval, production or dispatch, freight transit, customs and final delivery separate. Timing depends on the actual order and destination; no universal arrival time is promised.

Is shipping included in the product price?+

Check the written quotation. Product price, packaging, branding and transport should be identified clearly. Send the destination and order details for a shipping assessment; customs charges and importer responsibilities depend on the agreed terms and applicable rules.

Which products are in the catalogue?+

The catalogue has wireless bras and bralettes, push-up and padded bras, strapless and bandeau bras, and camisoles. Specialised constructions or performance requirements must be assessed by model or as a separate development request.

Do you provide single-item dropshipping?+

The website focuses on wholesale batches from 100 pieces per model. A seller moving from dropshipping can request a stock-batch quotation. Do not assume single-order parcel fulfilment is included.

What are the payment and inspection terms?+

Confirm the payment recipient, currency, stages, inspection scope and release conditions in the written order documents. Verify a request to change payment details through an independently established contact channel before paying.

What profit margin will I make?+

No margin is guaranteed. Use your actual selling price, garment cost, shipping, duties where applicable, packaging, channel fees, returns and advertising costs. Separate gross margin, contribution and cash needed for the order.

Send the model codes, size and colour quantities, sample needs and destination for a focused quotation.
