A supplier can be a legitimate business and still be unsuitable for your particular bra specification. Evaluate the proposed product and process, sample results, production responsibilities and change control. Identity verification, capability assessment and inspection of a purchased batch are separate checks.
Start with the exact model and required process
Give the supplier a model or authorized reference, material requirements, size system, variants and intended order quantity. Ask what is already available and what would need development. A broad lingerie catalog does not prove every cup size, bonding process or specialist performance claim.

Map who controls each operation

Assess results against your purchase brief
Compare the sample with the agreed dimensions, construction and packaging, recording both passed and unresolved items. Ask how a failed check would be corrected and how the corrected sample would be identified. A certificate or report should match the tested material or product and scope; it does not replace approval of the exact configuration you intend to buy.
Record commitments that can later be checked
Ask for order-specific milestones rather than a general capacity slogan. Confirm what must be approved before the lead-time clock starts, who authorizes substitutions and how repeat specifications are retained.
