Your First Wholesale Bra Trial Order: A Test-and-Reorder Plan

A trial order is useful when it answers a defined question: whether a model fits the intended customer, meets the approved specification and can be sold under your operating conditions. It is not a requirement to buy three or five styles. Start with samples and a budget you can afford to commit.
Set the questions your trial must answer
Write the essential checks before choosing quantity. Separate product suitability from supplier performance and customer demand. A delivery problem does not prove the style is unwanted, and strong demand does not excuse a failed safety or quality requirement. Decide which unresolved issue would hold the order before money is committed.

Approve samples and a manageable batch
LXSC existing catalog styles have a minimum of 100 pieces per model. Confirm color and size splits and availability for the quotation; do not assume every requested combination can be mixed. Include samples, packing, transport and destination charges in the trial cash plan. New original-design production starts from 10,000 pieces and is not the same trial route.
Keep the observation period and denominators clear
Record when stock became available, what promotion was used and which variants were unavailable. Use fulfilled units and units available over the same period for a simple sell-through review. Track returns and fit questions separately. A trial with limited exposure should not be described as evidence that an entire market rejects the model.
Choose reorder, revise or stop
Reorder only when the approved specification, supply process and commercial evidence justify it. If fit fails, investigate the model and size guidance before buying more. If demand is weak, review the offer and exposure without automatically blaming the garment. Keep the next order's specification and quantities in writing so trial learning carries into the reorder.
