Bra Sampling Approval: Fit Comments, Revisions and Reference Samples

Sampling approval is a record of what was checked and what is authorized for the next stage. It is not simply a message saying the sample looks good. Identify the sample, separate fit from materials and appearance, and keep measurable comments linked to the next revision.
Identify the sample and the specification it represents
Record project, model, sample stage, size, color and revision. Distinguish a development sample from a size-check sample and a pre-production reference; their purposes may differ. Note any temporary material or trim so an acceptable substitute used for sampling is not accidentally approved for bulk.

Review fit, construction and materials separately
A color approval does not approve fit; a fit approval does not automatically approve a new lining or pad. Review the required size samples against their own charts and agreed checks. State which observations are subjective wearer feedback and which are measurements. Do not turn one tester's comfort into a claim about every customer.
Approve the production reference explicitly
List the final materials, size chart, labels and packing alongside the sample revision. Record any accepted exception and whether it applies to one run or future orders. Agree who retains the reference and how changes will be approved. Sample fees, revision limits and scheduling are project-specific; original new-design production starts from 10,000 pieces, separate from catalog ordering.
