Ship Wholesale Bras to Southeast Asia: Quote and Packing Checklist

By LXSC · Sourcing and product-development guides

LXSC sourcing guide: catalogue wholesale from 100 pieces per model; new-design development from 10,000 pieces

A shipping quote needs a specific shipment and delivery point. Sending bras to a country is not enough information to price the route: the city, postcode, service, carton configuration, goods value and responsible importer all matter. This checklist provides no guaranteed transit time or regional tax rate.

Specify the destination and service boundary

Give the country, city, postcode and named delivery point. State whether the receiver is your shop, warehouse, nominated logistics provider or marketplace facility. Provide the required receipt date and any booking or labelling instructions.

Ask what the quotation includes at origin and destination, which party arranges each task and what happens if clearance or delivery needs additional information. Port arrival, customs release and receipt at your warehouse are different milestones.

Measure the shipment instead of guessing weight

Provide units by model and variant, number of cartons, external carton dimensions and gross weight for each carton type. A catalogue garment weight is not the packed shipment weight. Cup shape and packing can also affect the space required.

Ask the carrier or forwarder how the selected service determines chargeable weight or volume, including its current divisor, rounding and minimum charges. Do not apply one express volumetric divisor to every air or sea service.

Separate dispatch, transit and destination processing

Confirm when goods will actually be ready. Production or stock allocation, inspection, booking, movement and destination processing should each have a stated starting event and estimate. A faster transport mode cannot remove an unresolved sample or material dependency.

Compare quotations on the same service scope and validity date. Include destination handling, final delivery and other excluded charges before choosing a route. A low headline per-kilogram price can be incomplete for a small shipment.

Prepare route-specific documents and approval

Request the commercial invoice, packing list and any additional documents identified by the importer or qualified customs adviser. Reconcile descriptions, quantities, values and parties across the documents. Classification and any origin treatment require review for the actual goods; one generic bra description cannot settle every product.

For an LXSC catalogue enquiry, provide model codes and quantities. The minimum is 100 pieces per model, with size and colour allocation and availability confirmed in the quote. Obtain packing information for the approved order before relying on a shipping estimate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can shipping be quoted from a 100-piece count alone?+

Not accurately without the model mix, packing, dimensions, weights, destination and service scope.

Does the transit estimate include production and customs?+

Do not assume so. Ask for each stage and its starting point to be stated separately.

Send your model or project requirements, quantities, size and color plan, and destination. Julie can confirm the applicable order route and what the quotation includes.

Existing-style wholesale starts from 100 pieces per model. Original-design custom production starts from 10,000 pieces. Color and size allocation, branding and packaging terms are confirmed separately.
