How OEM Bra Manufacturing Works (Design to Bulk)

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) bra production turns your design idea into a finished, ready-to-sell product. The journey usually starts with a reference: a picture, a competitor sample, or a sketch with the cup style and fabric you have in mind.

From that reference our pattern makers build a first sample. We confirm cup structure, wire or wireless support, fabric, color and trims, then send the sample for your approval. Most styles go through one or two sample rounds before the fit and look are exactly right.

Once the sample is approved we source materials, grade the pattern across your size range, and schedule bulk cutting, sewing, quality control and packaging. With an MOQ of 100 pieces per style, OEM lets you launch your own branded line without the overhead of running a factory.

Tip for first orders: lock the fabric and color early, and keep the first batch focused on a few proven styles. It shortens lead time and reduces risk.
