Bra Wholesale MOQ: Existing Styles, Branding and New Designs
By LXSC · Sourcing and product-development guides

LXSC existing catalog styles have a minimum order of 100 pieces per model. Original new-design production starts from 10,000 pieces. These are different buying routes. The available color and size split, and any labeling, packaging or material change, must be confirmed in the model-specific quotation.
Identify what the minimum counts
A model, color and size variant are different ordering units. The existing-style minimum is per model, not a blanket promise that any 100 pieces from the whole catalog can be combined. State the proposed color and size quantities explicitly; whether those variants can be mixed and supplied is confirmed for the quote.
| Route | Confirmed starting point | Still needs confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Existing catalog model | 100 pieces per model | Available variants and permitted color-size split |
| Branding an existing model | Garment route plus separately quoted work | Label or packaging minimums, application and fees |
| Material, color or structure change | Separate feasibility and quote review | Whether it remains an adaptation or becomes new development |
| Original new design | 10,000 pieces starting quantity | Project feasibility, allocation, development and tooling terms |
Keep garment and component minimums separate
A label printer or packaging supplier may require a different purchase quantity from the garment run. Ask for both quantities, the amount used in the first order and ownership of the remainder. Do not divide the component price by future orders you have not committed to and present the result as the cash needed today.
Confirm the effect of a specification change
Changing a logo is not the same as changing a cup, material or pattern. Ask whether the proposed change requires new samples, materials, tooling or production setup. A model's catalog minimum does not authorize all modifications at that quantity. Record the accepted specification and revision alongside the minimum in the quotation.
Send a complete allocation for approval
Provide model code, total quantity, quantity for each color-size combination, packaging request and destination. Ask the supplier to return an approved allocation with unavailable combinations clearly identified, instead of silently substituting variants. If your quantity is below the confirmed requirement, request sample or alternative-model options without assuming an exception.
