Lingerie Packaging Options: A Quote and Sample Checklist

By LXSC · Sourcing and product-development guides

LXSC sourcing guide: catalogue wholesale from 100 pieces per model; new-design development from 10,000 pieces
LXSC sourcing guide cover. It is not a product photograph, factory-process record or test result.

Select packaging by the garment, sales channel and shipping method, then obtain a written inclusion list. A neutral bag, a printed bag and a retail box are different specifications. A packaging option described in a guide is not confirmation that it is available for every LXSC model or included in every price.

Identify the standard packing for your quote

Ask for a photograph of the exact neutral packing offered with the selected model. Record the bag or wrap type, dimensions, closure, garment folding method and any existing labels. Keep the quote number beside the photograph so a reference image cannot be mistaken for an approved specification.

Confirm whether that packing is included in the goods price. Inclusion for one order should not be generalized to every product, channel or destination. If the buyer needs different packing, price the difference explicitly rather than assuming a free substitution.

Compare options without assuming availability

Use this request table to obtain options the supplier can actually provide. Leave unconfirmed costs and minimums open. A component minimum may differ from the garment minimum, and excess components need an agreed ownership and storage arrangement.

Check protection and packed volume

Approve packing around a physical garment, especially for shaped cups. Check that folding and compression do not alter the approved appearance. Confirm the number of pieces per inner pack and carton, and request measured carton dimensions and gross weight.

A larger box may change chargeable shipping volume and warehouse handling. Compare the total delivered configuration, not only the bag or box unit price. Do not promise a retail-price increase or better conversion merely because packaging is branded.

Approve the final wording and sample

The artwork approval should identify file version, colours, size, placement, required product information and reviewer. Destination and marketplace requirements need their own current check; a generic branded sample is not evidence of platform readiness.

Request a written scope for stock branding, material or colour changes and original design. LXSC original-design custom production starts from 10,000 pieces; labels and packaging have separately confirmed terms. Order only after the goods quote and packaging approval describe the same version.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is neutral packaging included in every LXSC price?+

Confirm the exact packing against the model and written quote. A statement about one order does not establish a universal inclusion rule.

Can I add a printed box to a 100-piece stock order?+

Ask for a separate feasibility and component quote. The garment minimum does not establish box minimums, setup charges or timing.

Send your model or project requirements, quantities, size and color plan, and destination. Julie can confirm the applicable order route and what the quotation includes.

Existing-style wholesale starts from 100 pieces per model. Original-design custom production starts from 10,000 pieces. Color and size allocation, branding and packaging terms are confirmed separately.
